here is a very sweet and tasty Bread pudding for you.. Just try and enjoy..!
Ingredients :-
Bread – 6 slices
Milk – 500ml
Butter – 15 gm
Milk Powder – 2 Tbsp.
Egg – 2 no + 2 egg yolk
Dry fruits and nuts chopped – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 4 Tbsp + 4 Tbsp.
Water – 2 Tbsp (to caramelize sugar)
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon Powder – 2 pinch
Salt – 1/4 tsp
