TODAY’S RECIPE IS Vanilla Strawberry Pudding | No Bake Dessert Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Mix well
Keep aside
Milk 2 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Cook until boil
Desiccated coconut 1/4 cup
Mix well
Add corn flour mixture
Cook until thick consistency
Vanilla 1 tsp
6 inch mould
Keep it cool down
Chopped strawberry 1/2 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Keep stirring
Releases water
Mashed with spatula
Soften strawberry
Water 1/4 cup
Cook for 2 mins
Spread evenly
Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
