Vegan Strawberry Crunch Bark 🍓✨ (4-Ingredient Healthy Treat!) #easyrecipes #recipe



All you need:
300g vegan chocolate, to melt
1/3 cup each: cashews, almonds and peanuts.
1/3 cup Freezedried strawberries
1/4 cup soy protein crisps

Method:
1. Melt the chocolate and add 200g to the bottom of a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
2. Add the remaining ingredients.
3. Top with remaining 100g chocolate and spread it out so it’s completely covered.
4. Place in the fridge for 40 minutes or until set.
5. Enjoy!
