  1. Yo uh I tried cooking it but it's my first time so I'm not sure how the heat was supposed to be or if I did anything wrong which I did, but nothing harmful…. Not sure I'm writing this after just finishing it so I'll make an edit later.

  2. 5 tbs of sugar? I'm sorry I did just 1 tbs and it was horrible. Way to sweet. It has potential I will try w 1 teaspoon next time but no more than 1 tbs for sure. Other than that quick. Oh and also I did only 1 tbs of fish sause. Heads up the fish sause STInKs lol its horrid.

  3. I made this tonight. It’s one of those recipes where you have to trust the process because fish sauce definitely smells absolutely horrible. But once I was done cooking everything this was the most absolutely amazing dish. I didn’t have lemon grass so I replaced it with lime zest lime juice and cilantro. I crumbled up some toasted peanuts on top and served it over rice with sesame seeds and soy sauce this was absolutely delicious 🙂

  4. This is delicious! I've made it a few times now. So tasty!! I see a few people in the comments saying theirs didn't brown, and people recommending to stir constantly, but it only browns when you leave it sit for a while to caramelize. Give it a little stir, and then leave it sit again for a minute. Keep repeating until you get the golden brown colour. The video makes it look like you have to stir constantly. It's so delicious and quick. One of my favourites.
