Crazy delicious, crazy FAST!!!
Caramelised pork is a Vietnamese dish, and this is a super fast ground pork (mince) version. All the flavour, in one delicious pork bowl!

This looks easy enough. Love it
Gonna try this and add pickled mustard greens to it. 🤔
Ah…thanks from Australia.
Tried it and was underwhelmed. Lacked punch somehow. Basic flavour quite nice
Can i dice and fry potatoes, then add instead of serving over rice?
Ngon
I'm going to make that.
Thank you for the great idea!!
Yo uh I tried cooking it but it's my first time so I'm not sure how the heat was supposed to be or if I did anything wrong which I did, but nothing harmful…. Not sure I'm writing this after just finishing it so I'll make an edit later.
Just tried this and it’s delicious. Thank you for the video!
This looks great but can't use fish sauce, would soy or teriyaki be a good substitute ?
5 tbs of sugar? I'm sorry I did just 1 tbs and it was horrible. Way to sweet. It has potential I will try w 1 teaspoon next time but no more than 1 tbs for sure. Other than that quick. Oh and also I did only 1 tbs of fish sause. Heads up the fish sause STInKs lol its horrid.
Oooooh imma put a fried egg with it ❤❤
Fabulous, easily understood, fast video, clear, no "artistic" bullshit
Personally, I add some oyster sauce and white pepper to give it a bit of oomph and depth.
A squeeze of lime and a bit of sesame oil will bring plenty too.
yum yum thank you yum yum
Turns out this is very delicious. I did not add a lot of sugar so I used some dark soy dauce to add color.
My local Vietnamese restaurants sell this in their bahn mi. Insteadof char siu so i always was curious what the f### is that? So good 😅. Now i think this might be it.
This recipe is the best!! So easy to prep and great for a quick college meal. Very easy to make a large batch to meal prep
To experienced cooks would this taste weird if I completely swapped the brown sugar with honey?
Can I use regular sugar
A little too sweet for me. I prefer saltier over sweeter. Any recommendations?
I fw you for putting the calories on fitness pal
Made this and used the left overs in fried rice it was delicious even though I’m convinced you don’t need that much sugar 😅
I’ve made this so many times now. So reliable, easy, and delicious!!
I made this tonight. It’s one of those recipes where you have to trust the process because fish sauce definitely smells absolutely horrible. But once I was done cooking everything this was the most absolutely amazing dish. I didn’t have lemon grass so I replaced it with lime zest lime juice and cilantro. I crumbled up some toasted peanuts on top and served it over rice with sesame seeds and soy sauce this was absolutely delicious 🙂
I made this recipe and I’m now making this a once a week meal! It was soo good! My family enjoyed this it sooo much! Thanks for sharing it!
My pork always has water or fat so it doesn't caramelize :/
That looks yummy 🤤
How much fish sauce and sugar?
its good except that cucumber does NOT belong anywhere near this dish
This is delicious! I've made it a few times now. So tasty!! I see a few people in the comments saying theirs didn't brown, and people recommending to stir constantly, but it only browns when you leave it sit for a while to caramelize. Give it a little stir, and then leave it sit again for a minute. Keep repeating until you get the golden brown colour. The video makes it look like you have to stir constantly. It's so delicious and quick. One of my favourites.
WOW that's a lot of sugar lol…
amaaaaazing, thank you
