Recipe ⬇️ Bò Lúc Lắc – Vietnamese Shaking Beef

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb Beef – I’m using Wagyu Beef Ribeye Steak
6 cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Neutral Oil
1 Tbsp Butter

Lettuce
Tomatoes
Fried Shallots

INSTRUCTIONS:
Peel and roughly chop garlic
Cut beef into 1/2 to 1 inch inch cubes
Marinate beef with half of the chopped garlic, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and black pepper for 15 minutes
Heat up pan on medium heat with neutral oil
Add garlic, sauté until fragrant
Add marinated beef, turn heat up to high
Spread beef out into a single layer
Let it cook and sear for a couple of minutes
Add Butter, shake or stir
Cook for another couple minutes
Pour the shaking beef over a bed of cut lettuce and sliced tomatoes
Top with fried shallots
Enjoy with warm rice, side of soy sauce and minced Thai chili to dip
Enjoy!
