I tried out the Viral 3 Ingredient Coffee Mousse to see if it really turns out good and it did!
I added my own twist to it by enriching it with some whipped cream and serving it over a cookie base.
And now it was ready to impress all coffee lovers!

Coffee Mousse
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves:5-6

Ingredients:
4 tbsp coffee powder
2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cups chilled water
2 cups Whipped cream
6 digestive cookies
Chocolate to garnish

Method:
Whip together the coffee, sugar, chilled water for 3 minutes till soft peak stage.
Fold in1/2 cup coffee mousse in the whipped cream.
Line serving glasses with 1 crumbled cookie. Top with coffee cream and pipe out coffee mousse over the cream in swirls.
Garnish with grated chocolate and serve.
