MINI CHOCOLATE CROISSANTS
Ingredients:
1 tube @pillsbury crescent roll dough
1 @hersheys milk chocolate bar (16 pieces)
1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions:
Unroll the crescent dough and cut each triangle in half lengthwise to make mini strips. Add a small piece of chocolate to the wide end of each strip, then roll up tightly. Brush each with egg wash and air fry at 350° for 6-7 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and puffed. Cool slightly before serving and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy! 😋

A tip: when brushing the croissants with eggs, just use the egg yolks. it will give it a deeper golden color.
