STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE TWISTS
Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry
1/2 cup no bake cheesecake filling
1/2 cup strawberry preserves
1/3 cup strawberries (finely chopped)
1 egg (beaten)
powdered sugar
Instructions:
Spread cheesecake filling and strawberry preserves over half of the puff pastry and cover with chopped strawberries. Fold the other half over, slice into strips, and place in freezer for 15-20 minutes to firm up. Twist each one strip, place on a lined baking sheet, and brush with egg wash. Bake at 400° for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and enjoy! 😋
