– 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
– 1/2 Avocado
– 1 tablespoon Almond Butter
– 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
– 1 tablespoon chia seeds
– cinnamon to taste
– 1 cup of water

Optional:
– 1 tablespoon cacao nibs (topping)
– 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds (topping)
– 1 tablespoon coconut flakes (topping)

►INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth
3. Add toppings if desired.
