  1. If you want to lose weight then always consume your calories through meals, and drink plenty of water. This was an excellent advice that I followed and stay away from calorie dense foods such as peanut butter which has low volume and high calories.

  2. What is the purpose of oats in a shake? Genuinely curious, I see athletes doing it all the time, but isn’t that just more carbs? You could add more fruit or something? Does it make it taste better? Someone give me the secret.
