Wet fry pork recipe | ugandan pork recipe | The cooking nurse



this is one of the most common way of preparing pork in many hhome kitchens and even pork joints, just that we r not deep frying first, and given the fact that alot of people asked for the recipe i hope you also like it.

used lean pork from the thigh, its less fatty but any pork will do,
spices.
1. paprika
2. black pepper
3. simba mbili a local curry powder
4. beef royco cubes
and fresh coriander leaves
