I love Panko. I use it to coat my chicken instead of flour, when I'm going to fry it. It's crispy and delicious!

If you want the same texture,remove the crusts and grind the bread in a food processor before you dry it out.
The real difference is it is electrocuted. It isn’t just regular bread flaked differently

These are great on fish and chicken, Japanese bread crumbs, they are also great on veggies coated In them and fried in oil in a pan or deep fried
