In korea they have soft peaches or hard peaches, I’m guessing soft peaches are the flesh melting ones..?

Yellow melting flesh are the best. Full, complex flavor, with juice dripping off your chin, down your arms. You need to eat them outdoirs, or over the sink. Yumm!!!
