  1. Was watching you years ago. I was like one of 12 subscribers to your channel. Different screen name because criticizing certain people gets you thrown off. Until you make new account 30 minutes later. 🤣 I’d been cooking on pellets for 7-8 years. Kept saying I’ll give this guy some free tips. Lol You’ve come full circle to be among the true elite in this now huge field. My main difference is backyard cooks damn sure don’t waste anymore brisket than necessary. Mohawk is fine eating.
    Congratulations on product development going so well. Rib Grind still my favorite after couple of years.
    Hope the Mrs is doing well. I’ve got long overdue knee replacement next week. And I’m a terrible patient. 💀
