Matt, we met a week or so ago at our daughter’s volleyball practice. My Dad got a tumor cut out of his brain Wednesday the 26th of November . It is most likely cancer from his lung and he desperately wants to meet you. We live in Ennis and right down the road from Hachie. Is there ever a time you are at the store or shop just so he can shake your hand? He used to do bbq cook offs all over. Unrelated to this video but… I just had to tell you I smoked a 10 pound prime rib for Thanksgiving using your recipe from a previous video of W-sause, Holycow, Garlic and Herb and it was FANTASTIC. I like buffalo trace but it’s hard to find in my area, there is a store in Jasper Ga. That has some but not the larger bottles and definitely not a select bottle such as the one I saw being packaged. If anyone knows where a store is in that area please let me know

Loved this video! I wouldn't consider myself a connoisseur but I love Bourbon being a Kentucky native. I see that steam rolling on a daily basis. If you see a little black fungus in my videos, you will be able to guess where I live pretty accurately.
