UNCLE CHRIS’S!!!! Some of the best! I buy my boyfriend a tub of the steak seasoning whenever I go home. You can find it at HEB if you’re in south central Texas!!
That corn bread makes me wanna try making it from scratch too.
No hate to you, ive cooked nearly my whole life, and have done it professionally, and you are probably way better than me. But come on. Grandma's home cooking (by personal chef) just isnt the same. If i went to my Grandma's growing up, I knew I was in for some GOOD southern cooking that probably wasnt healthy but you'd eat the whole plate. If you have the cash, i get a personal chef, but some things are sacred.
Also, mmmm Grandma's chef's caviar pie does NOT sound like a good get together.

Best ingredient to add to whipped cream being served with berries: fiore di sicilia extract. Nice and floral and citrusy.
Not sure why chefs don't use baked then cooled potatoes for potato salad. Game changer!
