Hi chef.I used almond milk and most of my family members developed itchy skin and swelling.
Please if someone is allergic be careful when selecting the nut milk.
Also I didn't peal my Apple but the skin pieces lead to stomach bloating.
I think the Apple should be pealed coz those tiny skin particles are hard to be digested.
Always learning a lot on your channel 😊 when we have a child, I'll know what to do.
