I always hold two forks back to back to fill my mini wisk needs.
The first thing I look for in a wisk is to make sure it’s sealed at the handle. So gross when it comes out of the dishwasher and is dripping. Straight to the garbage!
Is it available for consumer purchase? What brand is it?

Using that exact whisk to make roux for a small batch of scalloped potatoes.
In a small container like this, with the flat bottom, a fork would work fine, but if this were a small bowl with just a bit more width, this would be great. Even as is, that round hand let's you spin it between your palms to emulsify some mixes in seconds…something you couldn't do with a fork, and hard to do with the skinnier whisks.
The narrow ones are better for small jars like the one she is trying to mix dressing in. The one she is demonstrating does not do a good job in this case.
Why wouldn’t you just use a fork? That is just hilarious 😆
