need to write the recipe over again because if you go and you read the recipe several steps are left out like nowhere in the recipe does it say to add the cream cheese or the Velveeta cheese and if you're just following the recipe you won't know when to add it so look it over
Every time I encounter a big cut of beef shoulder with excellent marbling, I am sure that turning it into pulled beef would be the best. You may be the very first YTer to make that happen. Salute!

That looked delicious! I agree with the cole slaw right on top of the sandwich. I used to do that with short rib sandwiches before everything got astronomically expensive.

Here's a tip, salt the cabbage first and let it draw out the moisture. Squeeze through cheese cloth before adding the dressing
