I've never got any of the roasts from Costco, but they look great. Your recipes are always amazing, too. Would you ever think of doing a video using a part of the cow people shy away from, the tongue? I'd love to see how you'd fix it, maybe even make two recipes from it. I've eaten tongue, and it's a wonderful piece of meat that is sadly getting missed by the public.
