  1. I followed this tip, but I still see the white stuff on my salmon. ATK tips and recipes has always worked great for me. Wonder what am I missing here.
    I followed the instructions, but maybe it is related to the type of salmon I used or cooking method.
    I use individually frozen sockeye salmon vacuum sealed and I prepare it by cooking it under the broiler for 6-8 minutes. Any advice?

  2. I live in Washington state and catch my own salmon. Never have I had any problem with this. It's just a part of the flesh. And no none of my guests have ever mentioned or complained about it. This is a made up problem that really doesn't exist. That said everyone have a great day. 😊🐟🎣🍻

  3. Except salmon albumin is actually good for you as a source of amino acids and by doing this you're literally washing away many of the nutrients, collagen and omega-3 fatty acids that provide the health benefits of eating fish.
