    Whipped Nutella
    ✨8 oz Nutella
    ✨8 oz mascarpone cheese
    ✨1/4 cup heavy cream
    ✨1 cup whipped cream

    1. Preheat your oven to 400F

    2. Spread the frozen puff pastry on a baking sheet, score it about an inch from the edge to form a rectangle, and lightly prick the inner part with a fork.

    3. Brush with melted butter and bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked and golden.

    4. While the puff pastry is baking, in a bowl combine the Nutella, mascarpone cheese, and 1/4 cup heavy cream; whip until smooth, then gently fold in the whipped cream.

    5. Once the pastry is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.

    6. Lightly press down the center of the cooled pastry with a spoon.

    7. Spread the whipped Nutella mixture evenly over the center, then add the sliced strawberries, dust with powdered sugar, and garnish with chocolate shavings.
