So, let me get this straight: first, the KitchenAid kneads the bread until all the ingredients are combined, then I knead the bread for 5 minutes and after an hour I knead the bread for 5 minutes AGAIN – so WHAT do I need the KitchenAid for if I have to do it by hand anyway?
Finally got a Kitchenaid. After the wuhan flu, my hands are not as strong as they used to be. No more kneading 🎉🎉
