Today’s recipe is #white_sauce_pasta recipe by #Meerub_honey..
This white sauce pasta with vegetables is going to be comfortable and satisfying.
It’s a really basic, creamy, cheesy pasta recipe that also packs in the veggies which makes it a firm hit during meal times and among kids too.
This one is seriously taking me back. Because when we didn’t know all the fancy pasta names and recipes, this is what was made at home.
Obviously, this is slightly more fancy – we are using mozzarella cheese.
White sauce is a simple sauce made usually with butter, flour and some kind of liquid (milk/stock).
Some amounts of butter and flour are used and the flour is generally cooked in melted butter for a minute.
After which, milk is added slowly to the pot while whisking continuously. As the milk mixes with the flour and warms up, it gradually starts to thicken and after a few minutes of whisking,
what you are left with is a silky smooth sauce.
This way you reduce one step where you make the sauce separately and then mix everything together. Which is what we’ve done here. The chicken and veggies are sauteed in oil after which flour and milk are added. You still need to keep whisking continuously but this is so much faster.!

Ingredients
1 Pasta 3 cups…
2 Salt 🧂 1 tb sp…
3 Butter 🧈 1 tb sp…
4 Oil 🛢️ 4 tb sp…
5 Garlic 🧄 minced 1 tb sp…
6 Onion 🧅 1 diced…
7 sweet corn 🌽 1/2 cup…
8 capsicum 🫑 2…
9 black pepper 1 tsp…
10 white pepper 1 tsp…
11 chilly flakes 1 tsp…
12 All Purpose Flour…
13 Milk 3 cups…
14 ½ cup Cream…
15 1cup Mozzarella cheese…
16 boneless chicken 500 grem..
17 carrot 🥕 ..
18 soya sauce ..
19 vinegar…
Method..
In a large pot bring water to a boil, add 2 tablespoons of salt to this along with uncooked pasta. Cook according to package instructions. Drain, wash with cold water
In a Pan add oil And boneless chicken for frying. Season with salt, pepper and White pepper and cook for 5-7minutes, stirring occasionally.
Now add carrot, capsicum, onion and Sweet corn and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame…
In another Pan add oil , butter and minced garlic.
Fry garlic for 3 minutes and add flour and cook stirring for a minute or two. Slowly start adding milk while stirring continuously till the sauce starts to thicken. Simmer for two minutes and add cream, mozzarella cheese , vegetables and spices Mix the cream and add the cooked pasta..
ایک بڑے برتن میں پانی کو ابالیں، اس میں 2 کھانے کے چمچ نمک کے ساتھ بغیر پکا ہوا پاستا ڈالیں۔ پیکیج کی ہدایات کے مطابق پکائیں۔ نکالیں، ٹھنڈے پانی سے دھو لیں۔
ایک پین میں تیل اور بونلیس چکن ڈال کر فرائی کریں۔ نمک، کالی مرچ اور سفید مرچ ڈال کر 5-7 منٹ تک پکائیں، کبھی کبھار ہلاتے رہیں۔
اب گاجر، شملہ مرچ، پیاز اور سویٹ کارن ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر 10 منٹ تک پکائیں۔
دوسرے پین میں تیل، مکھن اور کٹا لہسن ڈالیں۔
لہسن کو 3 منٹ تک بھونیں اور میدہ ڈال کر ایک یا دو منٹ تک ہلاتے ہوئے پکائیں۔ آہستہ آہستہ دودھ شامل کرنا شروع کریں جب تک کہ چٹنی گاڑھی ہونے لگے مسلسل ہلاتے رہیں۔ دو منٹ کے لیے ابالیں اور کریم، موزریلا چیز پکی ہوئی سبزیاں اور مصالحہ ڈالیں کریم کو مکس کریں اور پکا ہوا پاستا شامل کریں۔
