Ingredients:
For white sauce –
2 Tbsp – Butter
2 Tbsp – Flour
1.5 Cup – Milk
For pasta –
1 tbsp – butter
1 tbsp – oil
4-5 cloves – garlic
1 small – onion
Vegetables of your choice (Mushroom, bellpeppers, sweet corn, etc)
To taste – Salt
To taste – Black pepper powder
½ tsp – Grated nutmeg
As required – Cheese
Boiled pasta
If needed, Oregano and chilli flakes
