Whole Chicken Roast

– 1 Whole Chicken (Approx 1- 1.25 Kg)
– Give Cuts On Breast, Thigh & Legs
– Vegetables (Capsicum, Carrot, Potato, Onion)
– Prepare Marination Masala
– Salt 2 Tsp, Turmeric, Chilli, Chat Masala, Garam Masala Powder 1 Tsp Each
– Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp Each, Curd 50 gm
– Mix Them Well
– Now, Marinate Chicken & Veggies, Lastly spread Mustard Oil, You Can Keep This Marination Overnight or At least 2 Hours
– Then, Airfry your chicken for 30 Minutes at 180C

– Brush some oil & butter mixture to keep Chicken juicy & tender
