  1. Made this this evening and it was delicious!!! I used quartered lemon, apple, and onion with thyme from the container since I had no sprigs. About 10 minutes before it was finished, I squeezed some lemon juice atop it. I didn't have twine but it still turned out amazing. I was looking forward to this all day and ended up eating an early dinner since I couldn't resist. So so easy to make and looked like I put in more effort than what I did. Tomorrow, we're making homemade chicken salad on croissants with the leftovers. Thank you!!

  2. I wanted to say how glad I am to watch your videos, not only because you're a great cook (my mouth is watering over this chicken recipe!), but because your videos aren't so filled with ads that keep your videos free to watch and even more so, you narrate your videos! No idiotic AI voice or sappy music…I for one appreciate your efforts deeply. ❤❤❤❤

  3. Ah so it's the oil I haven't been using. I'll try that next time. Now my question is, how do you get the juices on the bottom to not get all crusted up under the heat as it cooks? Maybe I will soak it in water after, then as it all softens, pour it out into a cup. But what if the juices end up crusting up and burning? That wouldn't be a good flavor either.
