Hi Nisha, I have seen this video and want to try bread today, but I have an iron loaf pan, will that work in Bosch standing cooking range inbuilt with oven, this the first time Im using iron vessel in the oven. My question is will tge cooking range take the heavy iron loaf pan ? Really appreciate your opinion !

I tried this recipe today. I ended as harder bread and not soft and spongy as yours . I don't know where is the mistake . I cooked for 30 minutes .
Any specific instructions if I want to bake it overnight. I thought of refrigerating after the first rise. I want to bake fresh bread in the morning. Should I rather leave the dough on the counter or prefer the fridge.
