包むのが手間な餃子を手軽にしたおかず！せいろで蒸すことでおいしさも見た目の豪華さもUP♪せいろを開けたら綺麗な見た目にあっと驚かれること間違いなしの一品です。 ▶︎チャンネル登録はこちら ▶︎詳しくは”無料の公式アプリ”から検索！ ■材料 (2人分) ・餃子の皮 18枚 ・豚ひき肉 300g ・ニラ 1/2束(50g) ☆調味料 ・おろしにんにく 小さじ1/2 ・おろししょうが 小さじ1/2 ・酒 大さじ1 ・塩 小さじ1/3 ・しょうゆ 小さじ1 ・ごま油 小さじ1 ・片栗粉 大さじ2 酢醤油 ・酢 適量 ・しょうゆ 適量 ■手順 (1)ポリ袋に豚ひき肉、☆を入れて粘りが出るまでもみこむ。キッチンバサミでニラを細かく切りながら加える。全体になじむまでよく揉み、空気を抜いて袋の端を切り落とす(あん)。(直径1cmほどになるように袋の端を切り落としましょう。) (2)餃子の皮にあんを絞り出し、軽く半分に折りたたむ。残りも同様にし、計18個作る。(あんは折りたたんだ時に5mmくらいの厚さにしましょう。折りたたんだふちにあんが見えるように形を整えてください。絞り口を手でつまむようにすると絞り終わりが作業しやすいです。) (3)せいろにクッキングシートを敷く。2の餃子を等間隔になるように並べ入れる。(せいろは直径21cmのものを使用しています。クッキングシートは蒸気穴があるものを使用するか、ない場合は丸く切って蒸気が通りやすいようにところどころ穴を開けましょう。) (4)鍋に湯をわかし、蒸し板、3のせいろをのせてふたをする。肉に火が通るまで、強めの中火で10分ほど蒸す。(鍋の容量の5〜7割を目安に湯をわかしましょう。鍋の水が少なくなったらお湯を足してください。) (5)酢醤油を添える。 ▶︎au Short(旧5Gチャンネル)でもデリッシュキッチンの簡単レシピを配信中！ ※料理を楽しむにあたり、気をつけていただきたいこと ———————————- お問い合わせはこちら ———————————- 声：音読さん source
