Do I dare to eat a peach? . . . . I have heard the mermaids singing each to each. I do not think that they will sing to me. T. S. Eliot
blurp stance lol, here in south italy we call it "pitoffo" and the act of eating with that stance "mangiare a pitoffo", we associate it with eating melons slices in the summer, the mouth will be covered in juices, but the clothes will stay clean.
I only eat local PA peaches. I have trouble making anything with them because they are so good I eat them all first. Most of the local orchards are gone, but most people go to the grocery stores. So there’s plenty if you know where to go. Makes me feel like baking a peach pie I made and froze.
Thank you, but how do you pick a juicy peach, please? I haven't had a good peach in YEARS! Costco used to sell them – even the nectarines are tasteless, sweetless, and hard! Waste, waste, waste of money. Help! Thank you!
Freestone peaches are always better. There is no other answer. Eating out of hand especially. 3 bites and the pit is freed up with zero lost juices dribbling down your arm.
Dan you're hilarious 😂 and yes peaches🍑 are a favorite of mine, Yum! 😋

If you haven’t tried New Jersey peaches, I highly recommend them. The ones I’ve had weren’t as big as the North Carolina peaches we get here, but they are intense.

I am from Colorado and in my opinion, Palisade Peaches are the best peaches. I am going to make a peach bourbon jam this weekend.
