Are these available online anywhere? It's only a 2 hr drive to your shop from lancaster or so but I don't have a ton of free time right now haha

Always buggered up my flat irons when butchering. Watched your vids, got me a Chilean wagyu feather blade and got 8 beautiful steaks from it. Brand new boning knife also helped, one of my fav cuts this

Would prefer to flat iron them in a cast iron skillet to seal in the juices and for the crust on the outside.

No. I wouldn't grill them, but that's just because I don't care for grilled meat. But would I pan fry them and devour them? Hell yeah.

Reasons I come back:

2. To dream about steak
Raw Nigiri Sushi ….. drop of olive oil, soy sauce, Wasabi. Or….lol…. what about tacos?
Sear on a griddle, thin slices – wagu is very rich & filling so don't cook too much
Just slice them into small dice shaped pieces and eat them raw with seasoned chilli sauce ❣️❣️❣️
No I would stuff them and bake them and make a wonderful sauce from the drippings
