Ingredients:
Pork – ½ kg (With skin – Cut into medium pieces)
Onion – 2 medium (Thinly sliced)
Curry leaves
Ginger garlic paste – 1½ tbsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp
Coriander powder – 1½ tbsp
Red chilly powder – 1¼ tbsp
Pepper powder – 1½ tbsp
Garam masala – ½ tbsp
Coconut oil
Salt

Steps:
Pressure cook pork with a handful of sliced onion, ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tbsp turmeric powder, ¾ tbsp coriander powder, ¾ tbsp red chilly powder, ½ tbsp pepper powder, salt and curry leaves. Add ¼ glass of water.
Cook for one whistle on high flame and then 15 minutes on medium flame.

Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan.
Add the remaining onion and curry leaves.
When the onion becomes soft, add ginger garlic paste and sauté till the raw smell goes away.
Lower the flame and add the remaining powders.
Add turmeric powder. Sauté till the raw smell goes away.
Add coriander powder and sauté till the raw smell goes away.
Add red chilly powder and sauté till the raw smell goes away.
Add pepper powder.
Add cooked pork on high flame. Mix well.
Add garam masala as per your taste. Mix well.
Cook covered on medium flame for 5 minutes.
Turn off the fire.
Enjoy the pork curry with rice, appam or vellayappam.
