Do you guys have only dinner iftars? No fried items 😁

There are many iftars in Ramadan when we simply eat dinner so this is one of those dinners that I make in iftars. It’s simple, very easy and everyone loves it 😊
Ramadan Recipes (Recipe – 15)

Yogurt Chicken – Instant Naan

Ingredients and steps:

For Chicken:

1 chicken
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp finely chopped pepper/capsicum
Or use green chillies
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp lemon juice
Few green chillies
3 tbsp yogurt (I used Greek)
Coat the chicken
Marinate for an hour
Fry the chicken pieces
5-6 minutes on each side.Add 1 cup water to the leftover marinade. Add it to the chicken. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Once chicken is cooked, add 2 tbsp heavy cream.Cook for 5 minutes and add some chopped coriander/cilantro.

For Instant Naan:

Half kg self raising flour
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
Knead a soft dough with warm water
Drizzle some oil on it
Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes. Roll out the naans
I pan fried them, you can make in your oven too.
