  1. Looks really good! Just a sidenote: I personally know quite a few world champion BBQ pit masters, and they "all", without exception, remove the membrane on all ribs, baby back and St. Louis style alike. It just seems to give a better more consistent bite. I look forward to trying your sauce recipe. I make several, and I'll add this to my arsenal. Take care! Keep on cookin'!!!
