  1. INGREDIENTS
    2 cups ghee
    1 cup gram/besan flour

    1 ½ cup sugar
    1 ¼ cup water

    1. Melt the ghee and add it with gram flour and mix well
    2. Then make the sugar syrup into one string consistency
    3. Mix the sugar syrup little by little with the 1st mixture.
    4. Place it in a tray.
    5. Finally cut into pieces and serve.
