Not real Mysore pak unless is two colored and has air pocket holes. This is a burfi. Tasty, but still a burfi.

My suggestion is to reduce ghee 1/2 cup so that u can take Mysore paak in hand or else this much softness u cannot hold….

INGREDIENTS
2 cups ghee
1 cup gram/besan flour
1 ½ cup sugar
1 ¼ cup water
1. Melt the ghee and add it with gram flour and mix well
2. Then make the sugar syrup into one string consistency
3. Mix the sugar syrup little by little with the 1st mixture.
4. Place it in a tray.
5. Finally cut into pieces and serve.
