  1. My dear, What a cooking! You said "you will never boil your beef again" you already boiled it. In your cooking you burn the second ingrediant I think it was ginger, it was sticked in the bottom already, to avoid that, you suppose to add a little bit of water (the hot water) grdually while your frying. You could also use thickning agent such as corn flour to make it thicker souce, what you need in your cooking the souce, add only boiling or warm water that keep the flavour of the food, all in all it is not bad and thank you for showing us your survival skill.

  2. Chakula chako kizuri sana na kitamu sana. But! Next time usikaange dania zako. Weka ukimaliza kupika zikae kwa nyama for 5 min after umetoa nyama yako jikoni pili unafaa kuchemsha nyama b4 uikaange ndio usipo tear madini yote ya kitunguu, hoho, saumu, ginger, na vinginevyo. Utakuwa umemaliza vipoa . But hata hivyo , congratulations bro.
