Easy Focaccia bread recipe #shorts
This no knead bread recipe is the perfect quick and easy snack or side dish. You’ll love the flavors in this simple video!
300g AP flour
1 packet yeast
1 TBSP sugar
Pinch of salt
20g olive oil
250 ml warm water
Add yeast and sugar and water to a bowl – mix until yeast dissolves.
Add flour and salt.
Mix to a shaggy ball.
Add olive oil and mix until oil is incorporated.
Cover 20 minutes.
Make 4 folds, 3 times every 30 minutes and cover after every fold.
Rest overnight in fridge.
Let rest 20 minutes after dough is out of fridge and give another 4x fold – cover 20 minutes.
Oil and pan and drop dough into the container.
Cover with oil and plastic wrap – let rest 2 hours.
Dimple dough and add toppings of choice.
Bake at 450F for 18 minutes.
Add more oil.
