For the best results, I recommend using a kitchen scale to measure ingredients in grams, as this gives the most accurate and consistent outcome. But if you don’t have a scale, no worries! i have include cup measurements and ounces so you can still follow along. Thanks
ingredients:
Eggs -2, (total 110gm)
Milk -350ml, 1½ cups, 11.85 oz
Sugar- 2 tbsp, 30 g
Unsalted butter- 40g, ¼ cup, 1.4 oz
Instant dry yeast- 1.5 tsp, 4.5 g
Bread flour- 500g, 4 cups, 17.6 oz
Salt- ½ tsp tsp, 3 g
methods:
1. Crack 2 eggs into a small bowl and set aside.
2. In a blender, add:
• Milk
• The eggs
• sugar
• melted butter.
Optional: Add a spoon of milk powder or a splash of cream for extra softness.
3. Blend everything for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.
Add 1½ tsp instant dry yeast and mix.
(If using active dry yeast, activate it first in lukewarm milk.
5. In another bowl, sift 500g bread flour (or use all-purpose),
add ½ tsp salt, and mix well.
6. Pour the liquid mixture into the flour and mix until smooth—no kneading needed.
Dough should be soft and pourable, like a thick batter.
(Adjust with a little flour or milk if needed.)
7. Line your mould with baking paper, pour in the dough, and cover.
Let it proof until doubled—about 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on temperature.
8. Once raised, brush the top with egg washes (egg yolk + milk).
9. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. (Baking pan size 26.9*15.2*6.7 cm / 10.6*6* 2.64 in)
