  1. Ingredients
    Skin-on boneless chicken thigh 2 ( About 240 grams/ 8.5oz )
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Plain flour 1 tbsp to coat the chicken
    Oil 1 tbsp
    For the sauce
    Minced garlic 2 tbsp
    Crushed chillies 1 tsp ( optional )
    Butter 3-4 tbsp
    Honey 4 tbsp
    Soy sauce 2 tbsp
    Sesame oil 1 tbsp
    Cornstarch slurry ( Mix half tsp cornstarch with 3 tbsp water )
