It's not too bad, but it has way too much fat and calories. 100g almonds can fit in my hand, and it is 560 calories. This is over 1000 calorie smothie, which just isn't worth it. You can eat 16+ eggs for the same amount or calories, and far more macros. Eating this food in this quantity isn't healthy at all.
