This is my kind of version, the quick and easy way.
I do not put potatoes in mine, and omit the eggs.
As I am not Indian or Muslim, I still enjoy making breyani.
Please don’t buy Woollys Chicken and this woman must be boycotted if she continues to punt Haraam based meat and chicken
The reality of contamination with the chicken is very high and Woolworths not a Muslim business as they do sell Port and other non halaal meat products

I would add that akhni doesnt have the saffron and that the potatoes are not fried separately. A one pot meal, as you said 😊
