I went to his website and it's a completely different recipe. much larger batch. what a joke of a channel.
At this moment I am baking my zucchini bread but…I made a mistake and used olive oil instead of regular oil😮 and when I saw the mistake I used about two tblsn of rum instead of vanilla. I didn’t have apple sauce but I used peach sauce instead.
I didn’t want to be creative, it just happened😢.
I am looking at the oven now and that bread looks fine.

John, I made the recipe that you stated on your video, not the one that is posted on your website. I used a 9"x 5' loaf pan as you showed on the your video. It started to overflow. Luckily it didn't overflow completely. I baked it for 60 min. It's delicious, of course.
The recipe on your website is different than the video you present here. It makes 2 loaves. Anyway, I don't know what I did wrong. If anyone can help me figure it out, please let me know.

The only problem that I had was I turned mine into zucchini muffins but I didn't have the paper liners. I thought that I had greased My Pan real well, but apparently I did not because they stuck really bad. I know it's because of all the sugar that's in them. Next time I'll grieve my hand better or use the liners. They have a wonderful flavor though. I also love the texture. I definitely will be making them again.
I have this in the oven now. It looks like it's going to be very moist, and oh my gosh my home smells so good.
I made this but it came out a little wet in the middle even though the toothpick came out clean and I baked it for over an hour. I substituted the apple sauce for plain greek yogurt so maybe that was the problem.

I like to eat my zucchini bread with cream cheese. I have to try this recipe as I love zucchini bread.
I like to cook/soften my apples a few minutes in a little butter, cinnamon and sugar so they aren’t too crunchy/raw. Cool the apple mixture…then add it to the batter.
