🍌材料 (20cmフライパン 1枚分 )

熟れたバナナ:3本
卵:1個
油:大さじ2
砂糖:(お好みで)10g
パン用ミズホチカラ:90g
ベーキングパウダー:小さじ1/2(約2g)

🍳作り方
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
①ボウルにバナナ1本を入れ、上からラップを被せて手で潰す
②1をボウルの端によけ、卵を割り入れる。油を加えてとろみがつくまでよく混ぜる(しっかり混ぜるとふんわり✨)
③お好みで砂糖を加えて混ぜる
④ミズホチカラ、ベーキングパウダーを加えて粉気がなくなるまで混ぜる
⑤フライパンにクッキングシートを敷き、縦に切ったバナナ(2本分)を切り口を下にして並べる
⑥バナナの上に流し入れ蓋をし、弱めの中火で5分焼く(表面に穴が開き始めたらOK)
⑦シートごとお皿やフライパンの蓋の上に取り出し、上からフライパンを被せてひっくり返す。裏面も弱めの中火で3分焼く
仕事がある忙しい朝はバナナだけって時があるけど、作ってみます。米粉レシピは大好きで、小麦粉よりもお腹の膨満感がないので好きです😊
バナナブレッド🍌ふっくらしてて美味しそうですね🥰時間がかからなさそうだし、作ってみま~す😊
