الروستو اللي على أصوله نغرزه بتوم و يتقدم في صينية حارة جدا بسمن بلدي فقط ولو هنحط زيت يبقى زيت بدون طعم قوي أو رائحة زي دوار الشمس و الأفضل الاستغناء عنه ،زيت الزيتون هنا لا محل له من الإعراب نهائيا ولا يصلح لهذا النوع ابدا و البهارات هو ملح و فلفل فقطططكك .. و أوراق لورا و حبهان صحيح أثناء التشويح مع بصل و حبة طماطم و ثوم صحيح و شرائح جزر …. فقط
