500 مل (2 كوب) حليب حسب الرغبة، بارد
1 ملعقة كبيرة من اللوز الخام
1 ملعقة كبيرة جوز
3 تمرات، منزوعة النوى
للتزيين (اختياري)
صوص الشوكولاتة أو الكراميل
ألواح الشوكولاتة أو البسكويت من اختيارك

الخطوة 1: تحضير العصير
1- قشري الأفوكادو وأزيلي قلبه.
2- ضعي الأفوكادو في الخلاط.
3- أضيفي اللوز والجوز والتمر.
4- امزجي المكونات حتى تصبح ناعمة.
الخطوة الثانية: تزيين العصير (اختياري)
1- زيّن الجزء الداخلي من أكواب التقديم بالصلصة الحلوة من اختيارك.
2- أسكبي عصير الأفوكادو في الأكواب.
3- قم بتزيين العصير بالطبقة التي تختارها، بما في ذلك المكسرات أو التمر أو ألواح الشوكولاتة أو البسكويت. أضف المزيد من الصلصة الحلوة واستمتع!
