Bay Leaf – 2
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Cloves – 1/2 tsp
Black Cardamom – 2
Green Cardamom – 3
Cinnamon – 1
Mace – 1
Cumin – 1 tsp
Onions – 5
Garlic – 2 Tbsp
Ginger – 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves – a few
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Degi Mirch Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Hot Water – as required
Chat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
