गरम मसाला – Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
धनिया पाउडर – Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
जीरा पाउडर – Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp, roasted
हरा धनिया – Coriander – 2 tbsp
For Batter
बेसन – Gram flour – 1/2 cup
चावल का आटा – Rice flour – 1/2 cup
नमक – Salt – 1/2 tsp
अजवाइन – Carom seeds – 1/2 tsp
