•4 Cardamoms
•5 Cloves
•Small Marati Mogga
•1/2 Boneless Fish
•1 tsp Kashmiri chilli Powder(optional)
•1/4 cup Maida
•1 Green Chili choppings
•1/4 tsp Garam masala
•1 tsp Ginger gratings
•1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
•1/2 tsp Coriander powder
•1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
•1 tsp Chilli Powder
•Curry leaves choppings
•1 tbsp Corn flour
•1/2 Lemon juice
For Biryani:
•Heat 2 litres Water
•2 inch Cinnamon
•4-5 Cardamoms
•5-6 Cloves
•3 Marati Mogga
•Little Javitri
•1/2 tbsp Shahi Jeera
•1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
•3 tbsp Salt
•1 hour soaked 2 cups Basmati Rice(1 cup is 185 gms)
•Coriander & Curry leaves
•Little Garam masala
