  1. When cooking with alcohol the alcohol cooks off so the dish wont be alcoholic, same deal with using red wine in a tomato based Italian sauce that kids eat and some dishes have a full bottle. Vodka is a neutral spirit and doesn't really have much of a taste but i spose it adds something to the dish. I'll have to buy a jar of olives and bottle of vodka to test it out, Vodka cream sauce is also popular and I've had that and it didn't taste like vodka just a nice cream sauce.

  2. ❤ I am making this for supper tonight. I have been waiting for you to post on your new channel a lemon pasta recipe. I like that you omitted the booze. Definitely that ingredient isn’t in my budget. Did I ever tell you I am loopy enough on water 😅Shared the video on Facebook. 🎉 Good to see you have some new sponsors. Thank you ❤ again for the great money saving ideas 😊

  3. This looks so good. My head went into overdrive. I'm thinking feta cheese, roasted red peppers and using the thin, tubular pasta (I can't remember its name right now) to hold onto the sauce. Thanks so much for sharing, Michelle. I love watching your videos, and I have watched every single one.

  4. Looks delicious. I think your version should be 'teetotaler' pasta…😂… my version would be 'dirty Martini' as I would go with vodka (I always have that😊) I think Maybe I finally came up with something we don't have in common 😉. Anyway I will make this sometime in the future and I would definitely use blue cheese. Have a great Friday. Charlotte

  5. What a nice change from the usual spaghetti go to recipes. This will have to go on my meal rotation list.
When would you have added the vodka/gin? I have a bottle of each that I inherited from my mom's estate but don't really drink so perhaps this is a way to use it. 😅 🍸
