バターとチーズあれば大抵旨くなる。
なぜ「貧乏人のパスタ」と言うか補足しておくと、イタリアではどんな家庭にもパスタ・チーズ・卵・オリーブオイルが常備されていて、これらの食材を用いた簡単なパスタの総称が「貧乏人のパスタ」とされているらしいです。
金のないヤツらはこれでも食うとけ的なメニューではないです。
日本で言うところの卵かけご飯とかお茶漬け的な飯です。
あくまで憶測ですが、日本ではオリーブオイルは高いため比較的安価なバターで代用し、チーズ独特の風味をコンビニでも手に入るレモン果汁を入れることで、食べやすくも酸味と香りがアクセントになるパスタに仕上げたのではないかと愚考します。
